Section Ins 401.01 - Purpose and Scope(a) The purpose of this chapter is to establish standards and procedures for the filing of life, accident, and health insurance forms to be used within the state to facilitate consumer understanding in the purchase of life, accident, and health insurance and the coverages provided.(b) This chapter shall apply to all licensed writers of life, accident and health insurance in this state, including health service organizations and health maintenance organizations, and shall also apply to life settlement providers.N.H.
