Section Ins 3301.02 - Scope(a) This chapter shall apply to any property and casualty insurer that is: (1) Licensed to write private passenger automobile and homeowners insurance;(2) Required to submit rate, rule, and policy form filings to the commissioner; and(3) Using an insurance score or information obtained from a consumer report for underwriting purposes, including declinations, or rating purposes.(b) For the purposes of this chapter, homeowners insurance shall include dwelling insurance for owner occupied one-family to 4-family buildings.N.H.
