Companies writing insurance in this state shall maintain all underwriting and rating documentation from which any premium charge is developed. Premium supporting records may be in physical, fiche or electronic format provided that these records are identical to the source document. Premium supporting records shall not be a summarization of facts and information from the source document from which they are made.
