Group health insurance coverage offered by an insurer in connection with a group health plan issued to an employer and that provides health coverage sold under RSA 420-G:2, IX must offer mental health and substance use disorder benefits coverage as required under RSA 415:18-a in compliance with the federal MHPAEA of 2008, as amended, and federal regulations adopted thereunder.
