Section Ins 2604.08 - Use of Statistics(a) An advertisement shall not use statistics unless the advertisement accurately reflects all the relevant facts related to the stated statistic.(b) Statistics shall include, but not be limited to: (1) The dollar amounts of claims paid;(2) The time within which claims are paid;(3) The number of claims paid; or(4) The number of persons insured.(c) An advertisement that uses statistics shall not imply that the statistics are derived from the policy advertised unless such is the fact.N.H.
