Section Ins 2601.19 - Filing for Prior Review

The commissioner may, at his or her discretion, require filing of any accident and health insurance advertising material for review prior to use. The advertising material shall be filed by the insurer with the commissioner not less than 30 days prior to the date the insurer desires to use the advertisement.
