Section Ins 2601.11 - Identification of Plan or Number of Policies(a) An advertisement that uses the word "plan" without prominently identifying it as an accident and sickness insurance policy is prohibited.(b) When a choice of the amount of benefits is referred to, an advertisement that is an invitation to contract shall disclose that the amount of benefits provided depends upon the plan selected and that the premium will vary with the amount of the benefits selected.(c) When an advertisement that is an invitation to contract refers to various benefits that may be contained in 2 or more policies, other than group master policies, the advertisement shall disclose that the benefits are provided only through a combination of policies.N.H.
