N.H. Admin. Code § Ins 1701.01
The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the establishment and maintenance of the New Hampshire medical malpractice joint underwriting association by providing the plan of operation of the association. The purpose of the association is to provide a mechanism to ensure that adequate medical malpractice insurance is readily available to all risks in this state that are equitably entitled to such coverage. It is the intent of this chapter that, by ensuring access to adequate medical malpractice insurance for all eligible health care providers, the association will promote the public interest in ensuring that consumers of health care services have adequate access to needed care.
