Section Ins 1406.14 - Audits(a) Facility business written by members shall be subject to review and audit in a manner and time prescribed by the board, and each member of the facility specifically authorizes the board or its designee to audit that part of the member's business which is ceded to the facility or which is relevant to the operation of the facility.(b) The facility shall be subject to examination at the facility's expense by the commissioner.N.H.
