Section Hum 306.02 - Pre-Hearing Conference(a) Parties or their counsel shall attend at least one pre-hearing conference.(b) Matters to be considered at the pre-hearing conference shall include, as appropriate: (1) Offers of settlement;(2) Simplification of the issues;(3) Stipulations or admissions as to issues of fact or proof;(4) Limitations on the number of witnesses;(5) Marking of all written exhibits to be presented during the hearing;(7) Any other matters which might increase the efficiency of the proceedings.N.H.
