Section Hum 304.03 - Computation of Time Periods(a) Unless otherwise specified, the unit of time for time periods referenced in this chapter shall be calendar days.(b) Computation of any period of time shall begin with the day after the action or event which sets the time period in motion, and shall include the last day of the period.(c) If the last day of the period so computed falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday, then the time period shall be extended to include the first business day following the Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.N.H.
