Section Hum 217.03 - Payment of Cost of Depositions

The party requesting a deposition, or receiving the investigating commissioner's approval to take a deposition, shall:

(a) Pay the cost of the deposition; and

(b) Provide a copy of the deposition transcript to the opposing party(ies) and to the commission.
