Section Hum 215.01 - Withdrawal of Complaints Pursuant to RSA 354-A Only(a) A complainant withdrawing a complaint made pursuant to RSA 354-A only shall complete a form calling for:(1) Written statement of the reason(s) for the withdrawal; and(2) The date and the signature of the complainant or the complainant's attorney.(b) The effect of the signature on the form shall be:(1) The complainant's acknowledgement that he or she is aware that the commission protects the right to file a complaint;(2) The complainant's averment that he or she has been advised that it is unlawful for any person covered by RSA 354-A to retaliate against him or her for the filing of the complaint;(3) The complainant's averment that he or she has been advised that it is unlawful for any person covered by the enabling legislation of the commission to threaten, intimidate or harass him or her because of the filing of the complaint;(4) The complainant's assertion that he or she has not been forced to request the withdrawal; and(5) The complainant's statement that he or she wishes to withdraw the complaint.N.H.
