Section Hum 206.01 - Investigating Commissioner(a) After the filing of a complaint, the chair of the commission shall designate one of the commissioners to act as the investigating commissioner for that complaint.(b) A commissioner who has filed a complaint under Hum 202.01(a)(2) shall not be designated to act as the investigating commissioner for that complaint.(c) The investigating commissioner shall issue any subpoenas required for a full and fair investigation of a case which is before him or her for investigation.N.H.
