Section He-Hea 904.05 - Impact on Existing Facilities(a) All applicants shall demonstrate that increases in market share as a result of the construction, expansion, renovation or replacement of long-term beds or facilities will not be detrimental to the occupancy rates in other long-term care facilities in the region.(b) Demonstration that increases in market share will not be detrimental shall be made by providing a report in the application addressing how the construction, expansion, renovation or replacement of long-term care beds or facilities will not have a detrimental impact on other facilities in the immediate area and region.N.H.
