Section He-Hea 904.02 - Quality Assurance Plan(a) All applicants shall demonstrate the availability of a quality assurance plan to objectively and systematically monitor patient placement and care on a continuous basis. The plan shall conform to the requirements of He-P 803.24.(b) Demonstration shall be in the form of: (1) A copy of the quality assurance plan for those facilities with existing long-term care services; or(2) A copy of the proposed quality assurance plan for new facilities.N.H.
