Section He-Hea 705.01 - Approval of Applications

(a) The board shall issue multiple CONs to satisfy the need for which a request for applications was issued if it determines more than one applicant demonstrates that they equally satisfy and comply with the standards listed in RSA 151-C:9, II.

(b) The total number of beds approved shall not exceed the unmet need determined pursuant to He-Hea 702.01.
