Section He-Hea 704.01 - Request for Applications (RFA)

(a) In accordance with RSA 151-C:8, I, a request for applications shall be issued if a need for additional comprehensive physical rehabilitation beds pursuant to He-Hea 702.01 has been delineated.

(b) Notwithstanding paragraph (a) above, the board shall accept applications for comprehensive physical rehabilitation beds for less than the 20 bed minimum standard in the Northern Region.
