N.H. Admin. Code § He-Hea 208.14

When a noncompliant pleading, motion, reply, objection or other tendered information is not accepted or admitted by the board, or when conditions for the acceptance or admission of noncompliant information are not met, the board shall make a decision on the pending matter without consideration of the noncompliant information, unless the board notified the parties that it has waived the rule in accordance with He-Hea 208.15.
