Section He-Hea 206.02 - Docket; Availability of Filings(a) Board staff shall docket each application, motion, petition, letter of intent or other correspondence filed with the board seeking board action.(b) No later than 7 days prior to any board meeting, staff shall send a list of the applications, motions, petitions, letters of intent and other correspondence with the board seeking board action, along with a brief description of the action requested to the board members.
