Section He-Hea 202.01 - Presiding Officer Designation(a) A presiding officer shall conduct all meetings and proceedings commenced by the board.(b) The presiding officer shall be the chair of the board or in his/her absence, the deputy chair. If both the chair and deputy chair are absent or unavailable, the board members present shall elect a presiding officer from among themselves.(c) Notwithstanding (b) above, in any adjudicative proceeding, the presiding officer shall not be a representative of an industry, a member of which is a party to the adjudicative proceeding or who has petitioned to intervene in the matter unless all parties and petitioners are members of the same industry.N.H.
