Section He-Hea 1105.03 - Availability and Accessibility to Services Adult open heart surgery services shall be available and accessible as follows:
(a) Adult open heart surgery services shall be available and accessible for a minimum of 80% of the total New Hampshire population within 1.5 to 2 hours travel time from a patient's residence; and(b) Adult open heart surgery programs shall be available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for emergency purposes.N.H.
