Section He-Hea 103.04 - Meetings of the Board

(a) The board shall meet:

At least every other month; and

At such additional times as its business requires.

(b) The time and place of the meetings shall be noticed to the public in accordance with RSA 91-A:2, II.

(c) A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum to conduct proceedings.

(d) A vote of at least a majority of the quorum shall be required to adopt or approve any matter considered by the board.
