Section He-W 806.24 - Age(a) The age of each child in a medical assistance group shall be verified using electronic data sources at that child's initial determination of eligibility or whenever additional evidence indicates incorrect age.(b) If conflicting evidence is present, refusal or failure to verify age shall result in the denial or termination of medical assistance for each child for whom age is not verified.N.H.
