Section He-W 806.19 - Presence of a Dependent Child If conflicting evidence is present, refusal or failure of the parent or caretaker relative to verify the presence of a dependent child shall result in the denial or termination of categorically needy medical assistance for:
(a) Each child whose presence is not verified; and(b) The parent or caretaker relative, if it cannot be verified that any dependent children are present.N.H. Admin. Code § He-W 806.19
