Section He-W 766.02 - Telephone Redetermination(a) A SNAP household who reapplies for assistance via the telephone, shall be considered to have requested a recertification pursuant to 7 CFR 273.14.(b) The telephone recertification process pursuant to (a) above shall only be available as funding and resources within the current state fiscal year are available.(c) All general, categorical, technical, and financial requirements that apply when eligibility for assistance is redetermined, whether based on federal or state law, federal regulation, or published department rules, shall apply when a household requests a recertification pursuant to (a) above.N.H.
