Section He-W 544.11 - Utilization Review and Control

The department's surveillance and utilization review of subsystems unit (SURS) shall monitor utilization of hospice services in accordance with 42 CFR 455, 42 CFR 456, He-W 520, and documentation of hospice services as required by He-W 544.
