Section He-W 532.07 - Documentation The podiatrist shall maintain:
(a) Supporting clinical records in accordance with He-W 520;(b) Specific written documentation in the recipient's medical record justifying the need for podiatry care in accordance with He-W 532.05(a) ;(c) Specific written documentation in the recipient's medical record, by the podiatrist, specifying the frequency of the podiatry service(s) being performed;(d) Specific written documentation in the recipient's podiatry medical record of all podiatry services performed; and(e) A completed recipient medical history maintained in the recipient's podiatry medical record.N.H.
