Section He-P 4035.01 - Purpose

This part shall establish requirements and provisions for the medical production, preparation, compounding, and use of byproduct material in the healing arts and for issuance of licenses authorizing the medical use of this material which provide for the radiation safety of workers, the general public, patients, and human research subjects.
