Section He-P 4034.34 - Records of Personnel MonitoringEach licensee or registrant shall maintain the following exposure records specified in He-P 4034.20:
(a) Direct reading dosimeter readings and yearly operability checks required by He-P 4034.20(i) and (j) for 3 years after the record is made;(b) Records of alarming ratemeter calibrations for 3 years after the record is made;(c) Reports received from the film badge, TLD, or OSL processor until DHHS/RHS terminates the license or registration; and(d) Records of estimates of exposures as a result of off-scale personal direct reading dosimeters, or lost or damaged film badges, TLDs, or OSLs, until DHHS/RHS terminates the license or registration.N.H.
