Section He-P 4034.24 - Records for Industrial Radiography

Each licensee or registrant shall maintain a copy of its license or registration, licensed conditions, documents incorporated by reference, and amendments to each of these items, until superseded by new documents approved by DHHS/RHS, or until DHHS/RHS terminates the license or registration.
