Section He-P 3208.02 - Participants(a) Administrative appeal procedures for participants shall comply with 7 CFR 246.9 and He-C 200.(b) Participants shall have 60 days from the date the department mails or personally serves the notice of proposed adverse action to request an administrative appeal.(c) The adverse action shall become final after 60 days if the participant fails to request an appeal.(d) Notice of proposed adverse action shall be sent to or made at the most recent address provided by the participant.N.H.
