Section He-P 311.01 - Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to set forth the requirements to establish and operate temporary acute care centers located within a hospital pursuant to RSA 141-C:26, and thereby ensure, through basic standards, the health and safety of individuals in a temporary acute care center located within a hospital.
