Section He-M 505.12 - Hearings(a) An area agency may request a hearing regarding a denial of designation or redesignation or revocation of designation.(b) A request for hearing shall be submitted to the commissioner in writing within 20 days following the date of the notification of denial or revocation.(c) The commissioner or their designee shall conduct a hearing in accordance with the procedures set forth in He-C 200 within 30 days of receipt of a request.(d) Within 10 days of the hearing, the commissioner shall grant or deny an application for designation or redesignation or revoke or reinstate an area agency's designation.(e) The area agency may appeal the commissioner's decision to a court of competent jurisdiction.N.H.
