Section He-E 806.23 - Advertising Expense(a) Reasonable and necessary expense of newspaper or other public media advertisement for the purpose of securing necessary employees and volunteers shall be an allowable cost.(b) Reasonable and necessary expense of newspaper or other public media advertisement required by local, state, and federal government shall be an allowable cost.(c) No other advertising expenses shall be allowed.N.H.
