Section He-E 806.21 - Approved Educational Activities(a) The net cost of educational activities as approved by the entity, agency, or board having jurisdiction over the activity, shall be an allowable cost.(b) Orientation, on-the-job training and in-service programs shall not be considered to be approved educational activities for reporting purposes.(c) The activities listed in (b) above shall be recognized as allowable costs in accordance with the provisions of He-E 806.N.H. Code Admin. R. He-E 806.21
