Section He-E 806.19 - Administrative Expenses and Administrator Duties

The administration function shall be an allowable cost including, but not limited to, the following:

(a) Hiring and firing of personnel;

(b) Administrative supervision of the nursing, dietary and other personnel;

(c) Supervising the maintenance of resident records;

(d) Maintenance of payroll, bookkeeping and other records of the business;

(e) Supervising the maintenance and repairs of the facility; and

(f) Procuring necessary supplies and equipment.
