Section He-E 806.15 - Assistant Administrator Salaries(a) For facilities of 100 or more beds, assistant administrators' salaries shall be an allowable cost at the rate of one assistant for each 100 beds.(b) The allowable cost for the salary of the assistant administrator described in (a) above shall not exceed 70% of the allowable salary of the administrator.(c) For facilities of fewer than 100 beds, assistant administrator salary shall not be an allowable cost.N.H.
