Section He-E 806.11 - Motor Vehicle Expense(a) The cost of operating a motor vehicle shall be an allowable cost if the vehicle is used solely for the provision of resident care.(b) Motor vehicle expenses shall include:(1) Mileage payments;(2) Repairs;(3) Excise taxes; and(4) Sales taxes and other related expenses, including interest charges, insurance and depreciation.
