Section He-C 6450.12 - Board of Directors

(a) A list of the names and addresses of the board of directors of the experiential/wilderness facility shall accompany the application for licensing.

(b) The responsibilities of the board of directors shall be to:

(1) Review and approve the experiential/wilderness facility's business practices and general administrative policies and procedures;

(2) Participate in the development, review, and approval of the experiential/wilderness facility's written personnel policies that shall address at a minimum:

a. Compensation;

b. Increments in pay;

c. Work scheduling;

d. Paid time off; and

e. Benefits;

(3) Ensure the development and implementation of an on-going in-service training program for all child care personnel; and

(4) Review on a monthly basis the experiential/wilderness facility's written financial and program reports.
