Section He-C 6347.26 - Appeals(a) Administrative appeals of DHHS decisions to terminate or deny a foster family care credential shall be conducted in accordance with RSA 170-E:37, RSA 541-A, He-C 200, and this section.(b) Appeal requests shall be filed within 10 days of the date of the notice of action.(c) Parties to any administrative hearing who are aggrieved by the decision of the departmental hearings officer may request a reconsideration in accordance with He-C 206, or may file an appeal of the decision with the superior court, in accordance with the provisions of RSA 170-E:37.(d) Parties who are aggrieved by the decision of the hearings officer to deny the request for a reconsideration, or with the hearings officer's decision after a rehearing has been conducted, may appeal the decision to the superior court, in accordance with the provisions of RSA 170-E:37.N.H.
