Section He-A 908.05 - Failure to Implement Corrective Action Plan(a) If a phase II program provider fails to implement the required corrective action(s) within the time frame indicated in the corrective action plan, the department shall consider that provider delinquent and shall issue a written notice to inform the provider that it shall be removed from the list of approved providers if corrective action is not taken within a time period determined by the department.(b) If the corrective action is still not taken within the time period identified in the written notice in (a) above, the commissioner shall suspend the agreement with the provider, thus disallowing the provider from providing phase II program services until such time as the corrective action is taken.N.H.
