Section He-A 907.08 - Specific Phase II Requirements(a) A phase II program shall consist of 7 consecutive 24-hour periods of residential intervention and education.(b) A phase II program shall provide an orientation of the facility and its rules for the client.(c) A phase II program provider shall have written policies and procedures in place relative to the following: (1) The participation of minors in the program;(2) Taking a medical history of each client;(3) Screening and securing of all medication brought by the client;(4) Conducting a physical search of all luggage and belongings brought by the client; and(5) Client use of electronic devices such as, but not limited to, cell phones, laptop computers, and portable music players.N.H.
