Section He-A 508.06 - Films and Resource Materials(a) IDEPs shall use only those films and resource materials approved by the department in accordance with (c) below.(b) New films or resource materials may be used subsequent to department approval.(c) The department shall approve material if the material: (1) Does not conflict with any part of He-A 500;(2) Is directly relevant to course or program requirements found in He-A 500; and(3) Clarifies or enhances an aspect of the program consistent with He-A 500.N.H.
