Section He-A 408.02 - Available Funding(a) As a condition of the ATR grant, service units and unit rates shall be subject to negotiated agreements between the department and the SAMHSA GMO.(b) Service units and unit rates shall be subject to the availability of funds from the ATR grant, and they may be changed with advance written notice, except that any units of service actually provided prior to notification to the change shall be reimbursed at the rate in place immediately prior to the change.(c) If expenditures for services are projected to exceed the amount budgeted in any fiscal year, eligibility shall be denied to new clients until such time that the budgeted amount allows for new clients to be admitted to the program.N.H.
