Section He-A 406.01 - Deemed Providers

(a) The following entities shall be deemed to be approved ATR providers of outpatient and intensive outpatient services:

(1) Treatment providers currently certified as substance abuse treatment facilities pursuant to RSA 172;

(2) NH MOP programs;

(3) Community mental health programs approved in accordance with He-M 403; and

(4) Community health centers under contract with the department.

(b) Recovery community organizations (RCOs) under current contract with the bureau shall be deemed to be approved ATR providers of peer recovery coaching.

(c) The following entities shall be deemed to be approved ATR providers of recovery support services:

(1) Treatment providers currently certified as substance abuse treatment facilities pursuant to RSA 172;

(2) Community mental health programs approved in accordance with He-M 403;

(3) Community health centers under contract with the department; and

(4) Recovery community organizations under current contract with the bureau.
