Section He-A 304.15 - Client Fee Schedule(a) The certificate holder shall maintain a current fee schedule for each program, which shall be clearly posted in a public area and a copy shall be available upon request.(b) The certificate holder shall maintain procedures regarding collection of fees from clients, private or public insurance, and other payers responsible for the client's finances.(c) At the time of screening and admission the certificate holder shall provide the client, and the client's guardian, agent, or personal representative, if any, with a listing of all charges and identify what care and services are included in the charge.N.H.
