Section He-A 304.01 - Purpose and Scope(a) The purpose of these rules is to describe the requirements necessary to be certified by the New Hampshire bureau of drug and alcohol services as an approved opioid treatment program.(b) These rules shall not apply to licensed practitioners who prescribed buprenorphine to their patients in a setting other than an opioid treatment program certified under these rules.N.H.
