Section Hcp 401.02 - License and Registration Expiration Dates and Filing Deadlines for Renewals(a) Initial licenses and registrations shall be valid for 2 full years, and shall automatically expire on July 1 after the second full year of licensure or registration.(b) All other audiology licenses and hearing aid dealer registrations shall automatically expire on July 1, 2 years following the last date the license or registration expired.(c) Licenses and registrations shall be renewed on or before June 30 in the year in which the license or registration is to expire.N.H.
