Section Hcp 303.01 - Audiologist Temporary Licensure Qualifications(a) The following qualifications shall apply to each applicant for temporary licensure as an audiologist:(1) The applicant shall submit a complete application pursuant to Hcp 301.02, including payment of the application fee pursuant to Hcp 306.01;(2) The applicant shall meet the character qualifications of Hcp 305.01;(3) The applicant shall meet all of the educational requirements for permanent licensure as described in Hcp 301.03; and(4) The applicant shall possess a current state license and submit a copy of such license and that state's licensing regulations.(b) The board shall notify the applicant of acceptance or denial within 30 days from acceptance for filing of the application, as described in Hcp 301.07.(c) A temporary license shall be granted by the board for up to 120 days in the event that the board finds that the applicant has met the requirements of this section.N.H.
